The Central Oregon Internet eXchange or COIX (pronounced koi) is an open exchange point for Internet traffic peering located in Bend, OR at the Qwest central office (BENDOR24).

The peering point is free of charge and supported through donations of equipment or resources. All are welcome to peer subject to the rules.


As of Thursday May 12th, 2011 at about 2:50pm Pacific time the COIX began passing traffic between BendTel (AS27008) and BendBroadband (AS21864). Happy birthday COIX!
